effects = anything but n to include an effects column
notes1name = Name of the Notes 1 column
notes2name = Name of the Notes 2 column

rank = AA Rank Number
aacost = Number of AAs to purchase, optional, but recommend ?? instead of blank
level = Minimum level to purchase the AA rank, optional, but ?? recommend for blanks
exp = Name of Expansion, optional (empty results in ??, Classic is not linked)
spellid = Spell ID Number, required in every line if effects=y in Header; Use spellid=0 for unknown spell ids.
prereqs = Comma separated list of prerequisite AA names
prranks = Comma separated list of prerequisite AA ranks matching prereqs list
otherprereqs = Comma separated list of other prerequisites that are not AAs
notes1 = Notes 1, required in every line, if notes1name is specified in the Header
notes2 = Notes 2, required in every line, if notes1name is specified in the Header
