Blorple says,"I have one more favor to ask of you. Could you inform Glugmort that he needs to begin negotiations with the bandits?

You have done all that you can. Travel well, friend. "

Tell Glugmort it is his turn to talk to the bandits and see if he can turn them away from a life of crime.
