eq2 quest:Qeynos Bounty: Zarla Vinlo (Qeynos Citizenship Faction)  

This is another Qeynos Bounty quest to raise faction with Qeynos.

It starts by talking to Gil McMartin outside the West Freeport gates, he sends you to Antonica to kill Zarla Vinlo, who is located just NW of the Antonica teleport spire near -2007,27,-727. She will spawn as a solo mob and scale to the level of the questholder.

Once she is killed, return to Gil McMartin in the Commonlands to collect your bounty.
