This quest is given by the taskmaster at the Thundering Steppes docks after you complete all of the Far Seas Requisitions from the table next to him and the first three of his special contract quests. You must collect the following items:

  • 6 Amulets of Skeletal Lieutenants in Thundering Steppes
  • 24 Eyeballs from Patchwork Men in Nektulos
  • 1 Rusted Plate from Rallosian Ghosts in the Thundering Steppes (near Coldwind Griffon station at +407, -63, +1364)
