Spawns in two locations on Vicious Breeding Grounds Isle in Tenebrous Tangle. Second location is 448,-131,465, which is a second treehouse.

Placeholder is A Scaleborn Breed Director.

Drops include "Orb of Deactivation", an item necessary for defeating the nearby Epic x4 Contested "Hurricanus the Patriarch".
