One of the reward options for the quest There Will Be Ghosts.

This mirror is exactly the same as A Vampiric Mirror in appearance, except you can walk through the front and the back of the mirror.

You will be able to craft your own mirrors from a 5-use artisan scroll, Notes on special mirrors! These mirrors will be No-Value, and identical to the reward you receive from the quest.

This article refers to events, personae, items and activities only present in-game during the annual Nights of the Dead festivities, which come to Norrath each year sometime between mid-October and mid-November.
