The area surrounding Harf Trading Post, from Khazor's Watchtower to the south to Khalara Watchtower to the north, is a marvelous place to level from 29 or so up to 33-ish. None of the mobs in this area are aggressive, the Ystra Ferret Cubs are 29-31 and the Khazor Reindeer are 31-32 and there are daily quests, at the Trading Post, for ferret skins and reindeer antlers.
Scattered around the Sea of Snow are a number of strange whirling vortices of energy called Magic Sources:
- White Magic Source - in Foxtrack Cave ( 39.6, 50.8 )
- Green Magic Source - in Winternight Valley ( 22.1, 19.6 )
- Blue Magic Source - near the top of Tower of Wailing Wind
- Red Magic Source - In Snowhorn ( 66.6, 63.2 )
