Defeat Witch Queen Lemislive.

Jenny gave you a Grounding Amulet (Rdb). The Grounding Amulet keeps her from porting you away! If you are not on the quest (i.e have done it before) you cannot help this fight. She will just port you away to a spire in the middle of Sea of Snow!
