This instance is a copy of the Central Plaza, Lower City East and the residential Area of Varanas.

Everything in this zone is Crown Elite. The soldiers of Julius' Will continuously respawn and charge into battle, only to be slaughtered one by one.

A periodic message says "Make the crevice enter an unstable state: 0/20" so I assume that is your first objective.

Cold Nightmare (Rdb) casts Nightmare of Cold Decay, a 15 sec. spell with a 10 sec. recast. It turns you into a big blue frog (and who doesn't love that?) and once you are hit with it he will hit you again continuously and you are out of the fight.

Whatever the reason, death here does not leave a tombstone nor cause XP & TP debt.

	As of 5/28/2010 this zone is still bugged and is not really playable.
