Use the Signal Tracker (Rdb) to find any immobile signals outside the camp. Bring any Evidence (Rdb) back to Biang Fenren. The tracker will lead you to a Storage Place at 49.5, 80.3

When you find the evidence you are attacked by Chalinter Worf (Rdb) (51), the Zurhidon traitor.

Completing this quest ALSO completes Inner Trouble.
