Teleportation

Magical Crystals, a Final Fantasy mainstay, will play a key role in Final Fantasy XIV transportation by facilitating teleportation using Aetheryte. Players will be able to teleport to certain destinations (Cities, camps, and certain areas) throughout the world, thus making travel much easier for adventurers. However, this method of transportation has limitations, in that it requires the use of Anima, an in-game resource. Currently, this is automatically re-generated and accumulated by the player at a rate of 1 Anima every 4 hours.

Anima costs for teleporting to various areas are as follows:

Returning to a saved Aetheryte through the 'Return' function 1
Teleporting to a city in your current region 2
Teleporting to a camp in your current region 4
Teleporting to a city in a different region 3
Teleporting to a camp in a different region 6
