There are two pools in the Ruins of Verelisk. One is at 1882,70,162 on the east side of the road, and the other is at 2036,57,216 by the Ruined Library. Swim down either pool and towards the other and you will find a cavern in the middle. This is the Tomb of the Shadow Lords.
