The Luminous Veil (WAR History and Lore)  

This is a proximity unlock on the Destruction side of the map in the Tower of the Elves Public Quest around 62k/36k. Simply run down into the crater to trigger the unlock.

This unlock is a long run for Order players, but after you cross the bridge at 33k/7.6k most of the mobs are friendly towards Order. Destruction players should be cautious of the champion mobs in the area.
