The Evercourt (WAR History and Lore)  

On the Order side of the map, around 54.6k/7.7k, you can trigger this unlock by approaching the building surrounded by the lake. Destruction players will want to approach from the water on the right or left side to avoid the rank 55 guards that patrol the area.
