/random allows a player to produce a random number, as if in a casino environment. Useful for determining who goes first when competing for endgame events.

Usage/random
Description Displays a random number anywhere between 0 and 999. Results can be seen by players within the Say radius in-game.
Example Dice roll! (Playername) rolls (random number)!
