/party is a command used to direct any message following it into Party chat.

Alias /p
Usage/party (message), /chatmode party, /cm p
DescriptionSends a message to all party members.
In order to receive a /party message, the player has to be online and not currently changing zones.
Example /party I'm ready to fight now!
