Ten of Swords
Ten of Swords
Just inside the port you find the ominous scene in the Info Box at right. A man lying face down by a shallow grave with ten swords stuck in the ground. Compare this to the Tarot card, the Ten of Swords, sometimes also called The Murdered Man.

Surprisingly, this card is not always interpreted negatively, as much depends on where it is uncovered in the reading. It can indicate martyrdom, in attitude or fact, but it can also mean a reaching of the bottom with an upturn of fortune to follow.
