To Start: Speak to Guard Snapdragon in Pixiewood Hills.
Guard Snapdragon says,"Sorry, *Character Name*. If I wasn't such a klutz, I'd have some candy to give you.

I tripped on my way back from the barracks, and all the candy I was carrying fell into the water!

If you get it back for me, I'd be happy to give you some. "

Guard Snapdragon is such a klutz! He would give you a treat but he tripped and fell near the waterway in Sanctuary and now his candy is floating all throughout the water. Retrieve all of it and you can have some.
This is an Errand quest. This quest is repeatable.

Guard Snapdragon says, "Thank goodness these wrappers are tightly sealed! I wouldn't want to hand out soggy candy."

 There's a bug with the floating candy. You can't click on it, you have to use the "X" interaction key to pick it up.

TpyoWe know there's an error in the quest details, but it's accurate to the in-game text. When they fix it, so will we.
