To Start: Speak to Vittorio in Briarwood.
Vittorio says,"Randall here has gathered some information on the whereabouts of our armor shipment.

Quartermaster Bargangle is holding onto it at a camp in central Briarwood.

Find him, *Player*, and do what you can to take back that armor shipment! "

Quartermaster Bargangle is holding on to the lost armor shipment. Find his camp.
This is an Errand quest.  Membership is required to begin this quest. This quest will advance the Adventurer job.

Quartermaster Bargangle is southeast of the Bristlewood Warpstone, at the Briarwood Defense minigame camp.

Just like the weapons, the armor was useless, total garbage. Again, Vittorio was not happy that the Chugawugs had realized the inferior quality of the "stolen" armor.
