To Start: Speak to Flowerchild in Pixie Nursery.
Flowerchild says,"I was just trying to brighten the florens' day with some fresh flowers, when they captured me and wouldn't let me go home!

Hey, Lief is a floren. Could you ask him why the floren put me in that horrible cage? "

Flowerchild was trying to make the floren happy by bringing them some flowers and they put him into a cage. Flowerchild wants you to ask Lief why the floren would do this to him.
This is an Errand quest.
