Objective

Procure the supplies indicated by the Federation Quartermaster.

Unit Requirement: 1 member

Walkthrough

This Campaign Operation is found under "Resource Procurement" when you talk to Emhi Tchaoryo.
To start this quest, your current campaign rank must be Brass Ribbon of Service or higher.

Once you have activated the quest, talk to the Quartermaster at (H-9) in Windurst Waters (S). She will ask you to bring her a full stack of 12 crystals of a random element. Trade a stack of the appropriate element crystals to her, then talk to Emhi Tchaoryo to complete the quest.
