Objective

Procure the supplies indicated by the Federation Quartermaster.

Walkthrough

This Campaign Operation is found under "Resource Procurement" when you talk to Emhi Tchaoryo.
To start this quest, your current campaign rank must be Iron Emblem of Service or higher.

Once you have activated the quest, talk to the Quartermaster at (H-9) in Windurst Waters (S). She will ask you to bring her either a single item, a partial stack of an item, or a full stack. Obtain what ever she requests by purchasing or farming it, then trade it to her. Talk to Emhi Tchaoryo to complete the quest.
