Purchasing Crysta

So far, Final Fantasy XIV is the only service to which Crysta can be applied. Others will likely be added in the future. To purchase Crysta you must first have a Square Enix account. Click here to sign up for one.

Once you have your Square Enix account (which is required in order to play Final Fantasy XIV), click here to purchase Crysta through the Square Enix Account Management Page.

You can review your current Crystal balance, as well as review your purchase history here.

Costs

Crysta can be purchased in increments of $5/£5/€5, $10/£10/€10, $20/£20/€20, $30/£30/€30, $50/£50/€50, and $100/£100/€100. Each 100 Crysta costs $1/£1/€1, with a total possible balance of $100/£100/€100 on your account.

Forms of Payment

Click and Buy is the billing system Square Enix has gone with for FFXIV, to replace Play Online. To purchase Crysta for your Square Enix account, you will need to register your credit/debit card with Click and Buy. Note that not all countries allow the use of Crysta. However, Square is continuing to add available countries once they legally approve it's use. For the countries that currently do not allow Crysta, a debit or credit card will be needed in order to settle account fees.
