The quest series for the Festival of Hearts is primarily focused around Merry Vale. All quests take place in Merry Vale unless noted otherwise.

Festival Minigames

The Heartbreaker

Stone Heart is out to ruin the love in Merry Vale! Join up with your fellow gamers to help defeat this troublemaker.

Every 15 minutes, a serverwide broadcast will be made announcing Stone Heart's presence in Merry Vale. Click on the Love Potions on the main path encircling Merry Vale, and use The Power of Love (hotkeyed to 3 on your keyboard) to help defeat Stone Heart, who works his way around the main pathway clockwise.

There are also Heart Breakers, which are needed for the Mending Hearts quest, found surrounding Stone Heart during this live minigame.

If Stone Heart is felled before he destroys all of the Love Potions, then a treasure chest will drop. Each person who participated in defeating him will be allowed to loot the treasure chest! Here's a look at some of the known prizes from the chest:

Special Battles

There are two battles associated with this event: Heartbreakers and Stone Heart's Hideaway. The Heartbreakers battle is rated Tier 1 difficulty, and mainly rewards house, clothing or fluff items. The Stone Heart battle is rated Tier 5 difficulty, and rewards house, clothing and fluff items, as well as a unique level 16 weapon for each job.

To be able to enter these battles, one must complete the appropriate members-only quests in the Festival of Hearts series. Heartbreakers requires that you have completed A Tale of Two Hearts while Stone Heart's Hideaway requires completion of Softening the Stone.

Festival Daily Wheel

During the Festival of Hearts, players can take a spin for a chance to win an item unique to the event on the Festival of Hearts Daily Wheel. NOTE: This was only available during the 2010 FoH.
