Aion Wikibase™ Lore

You were the Brigade General of a Special Ops legion, the Mirage Legion^[1], answering only to Yustiel(?), and so grat was your prowess in battle that the people of Sanctum hailed you as "the Thirteenth Empyrean Lord".

Your legion had been plagued by a series of failed ops and, suspecting a traitor, you sent your lieutenants, Icaronix and Esus, to Sanctum to ferret the traitor out^[2].

In the Abyss, on a mission, your legion was ambushed and, after an incredible battle with the General of the Asmodian force, "something" happened. You appeared to release some incredible force and, afterwards, you apparently lost your memory and awoke in Poeta as a Mercenary recruit.^[3]

Unfortunately, the traitor is Icaronix, and after you were gone he deceived and murdered Esus to cover his tracks^[4].

You discover that Icaronix is a Lepharist, and Esus was also serving two masters, as he was a member of an organization known only as The Shadow. The Shadow is apparently an organization of Elyos and Asmodian Daevas that oppose the war and feel our energies are better spent fighting the Balaur together.

We will fill in this page as we learn more of our Destiny.
