When you finish Harkam Nubbytoe's A Light of Hope, quests become available from Rinna in The Elddar Grove at 788, -22, -536 Copy .

Rinna is trying to help Baubbleshire refugees and you get to help.

1. Collect the supplies from the crates nearby.
2. Tend to four of the injured with quest books over their heads.
3. 
   Feed four of the hungry citizens by clicking on the plates in front of them.
4. Talk to Rinna
5. Rinna sends you to Accountant Melet in Ironforge Exchange ( 339, -16, -95 ) Copy .
6. Search outside of the Ironforge Exchange for clues to the missing requisitions.
• Around 347, -21, -80 Copy is a read shiny that says "A Scrap of Cloth"
7. Search The Down Below for the requisition lists stolen by the Bloodsabers. There's an entrance in North Qeynos at 442, -16, 84 Copy .The lists are "flapping paper" with sparlklies and tend to be on tables, but spawns seem random. Reported locations include:
• -11, -4, -134 Copy
• -27, -4, -142 Copy
• -35, 0, -131 Copy
• -35, 0, -123 Copy
• -65, 0, -151 Copy
• -22, 0, -102 Copy
• 126, 0, -121 Copy
• 145, 0, -146 Copy
• -145, 0, -74 Copy
8. Return the Lists to Accountant Melet.
9. Return to Rinna.
