Seekers of Adoulin Celebratory Event

Coming off the heels of the leveling craze brought on by the Double EXP Campaign spearheaded by the approach of the new Seekers of Adoulin, Square Enix has announced a new campaign involving Meeble Burrows! From February 28th through March 14th, a number of rewards available through Wizened Worms, a reward system that allows you to exchange various worms obtained from the completion of expeditions, will be changed to various new items previously unobtainable through these means. So take a dive into the depths of Quon and make sure to bring your Spelunker's Helm with you!

Let us know what you think about this upcoming event over on the ZAM forums!

From the official Final Fantasy XI forums:

Last week's double experience weekend was only the first special event in advance of FINAL FANTASY XI’s fifth expansion, Seekers of Adoulin.

Before enjoying our newest content, why not take a fresh look at the next most recent—that's right, Meeble Burrows! During the next couple of weeks, the rewards for completing Meeble Burrows will be even more lucrative than before! Whether you're an experienced spelunker diving into the depths or a neophyte who's only just beginning to scratch the surface, approach the Burrows with aplomb and your efforts will be handsomely rewarded!

As Szabo pointed out, I am not a Game Master. I'm a content manager and administrator for this site, and one of my primary jobs is to post news articles to the main site whenever they're released on Playonline, the official FFXI forums, or any other relevant news source. This is how I've been doing it for years, and how all other admins responsible for posting up news stories have done it as well. I will also always add a link in the news story to the active topic on the forums pertaining to it for the sake of directing people there for discussion purposes.

This is how it's been done for the longest time, and if you disagree with it, then I don't know what to tell you. If you don't want to post news posts on the forums anymore because you think that I'm taking credit for them, then so be it. There are others who gladly do it, and I will do it myself if no one else has by the time I post the news story on the main site.

First off, Vlorsutes is not a GM.
Second, Its part of his job to post news for the front page and He linked your topic for the place for disscussion. There's no "stealing" involved.

If you don't like it, you don't have to post news as there are others who do so or Vlorsutes himself can post as needed.
