Just like that one episode of Captain Planet, computer build company Alienware and streaming software Twitch.TV have combined to create a scholarship program, aimed at competitive gamers. It's pretty rad to see Twitch.TV say that, because competitive gamers have been streaming using their software, they are giving something back to them. Players who are "high in-game ranking" or "top tournament placements" with "overall 3.0 GPA or higher" are all qualified, and you can enter right here. Seriously, both companies - this is really cool, and I'm glad to see it.
