My guess would be that it is a place holder for a cave that will go to an area from the new expansion pack Treasures of AU. |

Quest: Beastmen Treasure (Elshimo Lowlands)
Peddlestox will only appear in Yuhtunga Jungle around (H-6), behind a rather large rock, during Windsday. He will ask you to bring him four parts of a Mermaid:
