Sceptembur was born an Elvaan in Windurst, and therefore does not hold the same high and mighty attitudes that he so detests from the Sand'Orian Elvaans. With his powerful and deadly Black Mage friend, Kyris, he has gained much skill in the lands of Vanadiel.
He loves his home of Windurst, and detests the wastelands of Bastok. Though he travels frequently, he always longs to return to his home town.
