I followed those steps to the letter, and it didn't work. I am someone who has no GoD progression at all beside the KT flag, the Uqua stone, and the Ikkinz4 stone.

okay i didnt read all the posts but the first few seem like there's no loc on this thread.
Go down the first corridor in the zone. Go straight at the first three way intersection with the fallen pillar. Go left at the end of this second hallway, down the hallway on the left is a room with a bunc |
