I have heard that the japanese see mobs pop earlier than NA players do. Some say a few sec, others just .5-.75 sec. I would like to know if this is true or not. If it is true , it is an unfair advantage and SE should do something. Also I see hnms pop claimed by jp for example behemoth/king behem |
