For the last 2 years, I have been using AVG, but because they out-sourced their payment handlers to Germany, I can't use it anymore because my bank won't allow me to use my card for overseas purchases due to a rash of fraudulent purchases.

Yeah, it does. Everyone agrees on that, for the most part. It's got some useful info, though, which is why people who don't either run a dual-monitor system or have some other way of looking up stuff on websites have bothered getting it.
