Saw this written somewhere and do not understand, " /p Cure II <insert name>". Now why would the party need the extra spam telling them a heal is incoming, when the yellow text shows the heal incoming?

A thought occurred to me today. It would be really nice if there was a simple way on the quest listing to tell if the quest was from an item drop or an NPC.
