hey guys hoping you can clear up a little confusion i have. for dual wield axes, I've read a few posts and it seems in agreement that maneater/ iron ram is preferred. this is where i get confused though my understanding of latent on maneater is under 100% tp it is active. You should be using Maneater on the main hand, that means that we just need to compare I.R.Pick and Juggy as offhand.
