You guys all sticking with Durandal for the server merge? I'd ask in the KClub section, but we uh kinda went nearly extinct.

That game doesn't look nearly as fun for dress up.

Wow, you've got an awesome writing style.! I really dig the narrator's back story, humor, sarcasm, and the plethora of pop culture references. Altogether a refreshingly different RotR journal (not that I don't like the more traditional ones, mind you).

Yeah I quit SWTOR already, I'll hit it up again in a year or two, but I just really expected more.

Out of curiosity, what more did you expect?

I expected more than a mash-up of KOTR and WOW. There's some cool aspects, but ultimately I feel the crafting mechanic is a bit lazy. I definately like the concept that companions can fetch items and such, but I just feel I'd get a bit more out of it if I could physically create items with the recovered items.

The battlegrounds... meh, WARs were much better (never played WOWs interpretation of those if they exist?)

I really dug the story for the first few weeks (Smuggler and Bounty Hunter), but it just started dragging on and on. In one way it's heads above most things offered, but everyone is drooling all over the story as the reason it's better than any other MMO even if it's extremely WOWlike. However, I just felt that FFXI's story had a bit more to offer for my tastes.

I'll jump back in when there's more variety and hopefully a slight graphical upgrade, I'm guessing in about a year for me to play about 3 months straight and longer for me to commit to it. I don't think it's a bad game right now, I just wanted something a bit more from it and I can't put my finger on a specific area.

To me it doesn't, shadows are pretty bad as is the pop up. I don't mind the art style really, but considering how low the system requirements are I expected some better options for higher tier PCs and for the long haul.
