I am finally getting this game in tommorow. I have been visiting various sites and chat boards, and I saw that this server has a good PVP community. Anything competitive interests me. I know I'll have to level up, but does this server really have good PVP matches?

You'll have to level up a lot, i think its only at level 60 and uncapped that ballista gets much business. It's teambased, and there are some very good players on, but you'll have to try it to see if its to your liking.
