I need help over my account.

Hello everyone. Just a quick question.

I haven't played FFXI since around May of this year, and i'd love to re-activate my Content ID.
But, the question is:
When i log into the PlayOnline viewer, it says:
"Your account has been closed due to unpaid fees resulting from declined authorization on your credit card. You can reactivate your account by paying these fees with a valid card. Pay fees now? (LM-21)"

Right ok, so after that it takes me directly to the payment option so i don't get to see if my Content ID(Character) has been deleted, or wether i am able to re-activate it, but i'd like to know one thing.
Will my character still be available? As i don't wish to pay the fees if i'm going to have to start all over again, and to be told that SE have deleted my character.

I can't get into POL to e-mail them and ask them also, as it only takes me straight to the payment page, nothing else.

I have this happen every month (POL seems not to remember my card details) , don't worry about it . When you pay for your account, it will tell you have no content ID's. Simply reenter your payment information even if its correct, pay off your fees, and you will be able to reactivate your content ID's .

They'll have been deactivated, but they'll still carry your character data completely unscathed ^^

You say it happens to you every month, but will my Content ID(Character) still be there, considering i haven't played since around May?

I should imagine so . I believe SE keeps character data for a year now, so you should be safe ^^
