SecretAgents LS is a new LS that has been started by myself and some friends on Phoenix. Between our in game conversations about the frustrations of looking for a friendly, active LS that welcomes new and returning players and helps them get caught up and acclimated with the game's new content, and the interest I've received from other posters here on ZAM, we decided to just go for it and put together a shell.

We've decided that our focus will be mostly on Abyssea and helping new/returning players get up to speed with the new content but we definitely want to set aside one or more days (depending on demand) for things like CoP/ZM climbs to try and get people their DM earring/CoP ring fairly quickly. More directly, want to initially focus on getting people acclimated with Abyssea and spend a lot of time farming seals, atmas and +2 items and taking out ZBs. I wouldn't say we're going to be an "Abyssea LS", but because so much of the gear people use at end game comes from Abyssea, we're going to put a lot of focus into making sure everyone is well familiarized with Aby and how it works and try to get everyone at least some +1 gear and get started on +2s. We'll definitely be paying attention to older content, like the nation and add-on missions, and a few of us really want to do some dynamis farming as well so, most likely, if you're returning to the game, or simply looking for a friendly new LS, anything you'd like to do or are seeking help with, is something we'll be open to doing. Most of all, many of us have several jobs at 99 now and are looking forward to simply assisting new and returning players with things like limit breaks, rank missions, CoP and getting used to Abyssea.

If you're on Phoenix and looking for a shell, look us up. Currently you can reach Jacan, Calideath or Calidoom for a pearl and I will update the list as our membership expands.

So, I have just rejoined the world of FFXI after a break of about 5 years. It looks like quite a bit has changed in my absence.

I would definitely be interested in this LS. My main is Lothlien, a lvl 75 Mithra Red Mage/Whatever. I left the game right around the time Aht Urgan was released. While I'm not completely sure yet what the status of all my missions was, I know that I'm rank 8 Windurst, and had completed enough of Promathia to get to the archipelago.

Anywho, hope to hear from you in game. For the forseeable future I will likely be sitting in Juno rebuilding all my macros, and trying to remember how to do simple things like fight and craft :p

I could be interrested in a shell like this. I'm practically a new player as of a few days ago...but not entirely. I played for about a year when it was first released in the US, so the last time I touched the game was in 2004. Obviously there's a lot of changes since then, and I'm slowly remembering some things as I go. Someone helped me with the support job quest thank god, but I haven't broken Lv20 yet. I've been wasting time on some low level NM's because dangit...they're finally not camped to hell (hardly at all, in fact) and I want to get those drops I was denied so often in the past. Even if the game is really focussed 80+ levels down the road.
