I have never, not even once, mowed the grass in the 2.5 years of living there. I have managed to cleverly avoid doing it for so long and no one has noticed. I'm impressed with myself tbh.
The house is trash and worthless. The roof leaks everywhere, the drywall on the ceiling fell in three places because of water, my brother fell off the balcony because the wooden railing broke, mold everywhere and the biggest idiot designed the house (it's a small house but there's 3 "kitchens", the main kitchen is where the main bathroom is and the living room has a @#%^ing closet for no reason). Starting renovations next year; new roof, new framing, new walls, new driveway, new @#%^ing work to do...

I wish I could find the story, but there was a fire at some building and iirc about 3 people died. Insurance claimed pollution killed them, not the fire, and gave the families nothing.
