Hmm.. Well, I think I'd posted to this thread some time ago, but I want to update it with some newer peeps I've met since I came back from a hiatus (as well as some who may be returning, but deserve the mention nonetheless):

- Keelo: My "Mithra Monk Mentor" and self-designated "cooking whore". So glad you came back, man! ^^

- Paitre and Meryell (and all of each of your incarnations): It's really great to know you both. Was glad to see you were still around when I came back.

- Lordsora (I'll always know ya as Linkz :-): It's awesome that you're back in the game. Also a huge help in my *finally* getting Rank 5! I owe ya!

- Lix: The Taru that single-handedly helped me get through Oztroja and *finish* Rank 5! That was very, very cool of you and I hope I can return the favor someday. You need to drop into NWO more often!

- Blaine: Someone who happened to be looking to finish the Oztroja part of R5 when Lix and I were heading through. Ya came along with us and turned out to be yet another cool person..

- Gandolf: Whaddup G! Always a great presence in NWO and the one who helped me finally get my butt out to Altepa for my teleport point out there.

- Phixion: One of the folks who started around the same time as me... and still every bit as cool as you were then.

- Rickyboy (and all your variations): You're a great guy and a great LS leader. Glad to be a member of NWO! :-)

- Raikiriwolf: Hey! Fearless leader of the Pandemonium chapter of Mithra Pride! Always friendly and always great to talk to. You're doing a great job with MP - Keep it up!

- Atila: One of the two best Samurais I've ever grouped with in my time playing as well as one of the coolest people. Was awesome grouping with you in CN... Must do that again! Soon! Like.. really soon! :-p

- Xilbus: Hey! Still remember that great pt out in Yhoator and glad you've become a member of NWO!

I *know* there are many others I'm forgetting and I apologize to you. If you're someone whom I've asked if I could /befriend, know that your name ranks with everyone else I've listed here and I'm glad to know ya!

On Saturday, my friend and I were trying to finish activating DRG. We were having trouble finding help at first, but eventually came upon two seasoned Dragoons that were willing to help. The higher leveled one was called Profis (I'm pretty sure). Unfortunately I cannot recall the other one's name.

Watching Profis beat the sh*t out of that dragon was a thrilling experience. It wasn't the damage he did that got to me as much as the amount of skill this Galka has. An incredibly skilled Dragoon, and a wonderfully friendly, helpful guy. He also welcomed my friend and I into the "brotherhood" of Dragoons, which was a very nice touch. It was the first time that I'd been "welcomed" into a job in-game before, and this made me feel like I was part of something.

He's a cool guy.

Nice to see Profis mentioned. He's a really cool Galka who's always willing to help out with anything. If you have a job around level 52, invite him to your party! :)

So this 53 DRK escorts me to Fungar, kills him then escorts me to the treant and kills him for me. I go to give her 5000 gil for her troubles and she rejects it! She just said, "Make sure you help others out when you aren't busy."

So KNOCKTURNAL or it might be KNOCKTURAL or Knocktunal (I think it is the first one) is an awesome person. I haven't seen her since and she has never asked me for anything. Every since meeting her whenever I help someone out I accept no rewards and say, "Just make sure that you bring a smile to someone else's face when you are able."

i have to say the coolest person on pandy is Bardolf ive been friends wit hhim since i was a lvl 1 war. he is a lvl 74 redmage now. he has always helped with everything and is gonna help me with my drg and pld af.
