Looking for a LS

Well as it says I'm looking for a linkshell to join as i've just about come to the end of what I can solo. I have been gone since 2004 so I got a lot of catching up to do. I am looking for a help full yet laid back ls as I have time constraints due to both work and school. I'd love to get into a shell that does things on a regular basis so I can plan accordingly. But atm am just looking for people. I have several jobs to 30 and all jobs unlocked minus Nin and Sam so I am open as to what to lvl based on needs.

Looking at coming back to FFXI after many years away, along with a friend. We're well aware of the nature of FFXI and leveling and want to make sure there are people leveling in the lower brackets before we jump in. Let me know how you guys fare finding a LS to help with leveling.
