One of the items required to synth these is very hard to come by and hasn't been on AH in over a week (in fact, it barely shows up once a month). You'll have better luck gathering the ingredients yourself and shouting in Jeuno for someone with the appropriate crafting skill to do the synth for you. Be sure to tip too, especially if they +1 it for you.
