A pal of mine got his YYR a few months ago from ShikigamiWeapon LS, apparently they get it for SMN all the time. I think they have a short-ish waiting list, and a few rules you have to follow in order to get their assistance.

I'd just contact Twoofy, I'm pretty sure that would be a good way to get help. They seem very nice, and well organized also.
