anyone have a clue when the server might merge, i want to come back but the population for NA time sees as though its not worth it, and does anyone know if the game is all abbyssea now or are there still people who do sky and things like that, some of the most fun i had was doing sky with a bunch of ppl and just havin fun that way

Well. How to answer that...
- My Salvage group is still going twice a week.
- I have Dynamis in three hours.
- I was in Sky last night--but it was my last night with that Sky LS. (There hasn't been anything I wanted from Sky in months.)

I do go to Abyssea a lot though, and I have fun there.

Really, if you want fun, (most of the time) the people you play with matter more than what you're doing.

The JP population is still large (1600+ during their primetime), so I don't think Ifrit would merge anytime soon.

The merge is happening soon. So if you wanna pick your server to move to being a scheduled to be eliminated server, I would suggest it.

Source World -> Destination World

Ramuh -> Bahamut
Alexander -> Shiva
Titan -> Phoenix
Gilgamesh -> Carbuncle
Unicorn -> Fenrir
Ifrit -> Odin
Diabolos -> Siren
Caitsith -> Ragnarok

* Other Worlds will not be affected.

If you are an emigrating server your name may need to change as people on the established server you are moving to get priority on name. This is from prior experience with the Garudan immigrants that were transplanted to my server last world merge. I hope that helps.
