hey... i've pted with some of the folks on yr worst list techno and they were pretty good players jmw, shasha, and i've def seen a lot of the folks you and otehr ppl have listed.. that's kewl. I guess you can't always judge someone's character based on their performance in a pt alone. i'm sorry you got screwed over by ppl. i hope yr luck picks up. cheers!

Seleth - hope i'm not screwing up the spelling, they're on my friends list but i'm at work, great whm with sick gear, can be argumentative =P (but in that good way) and def knows what they're doing

Nghia - sick PLD who does an amazing job of keeping hate and looking out for their team

Jumpy - OMG you and Talonz blew my mind when we were pting.. i think that was one of the most impressive things I've seen in the game heretofore, you barely even need us 2 whms to be there! lol

Skeeter - met him in citadel.. is funny and a great player. saved my ass more than a couple times

i'll keep posting more as the memories come back.. damn i need to start writing names down and/or adding ppl to my friends list.

Agony
Agony is an ls member of VanguradOfAltana. She is not only a kick ass ranger, but an awsome friend. She saves all her money only to give it to all her friends to make them happy. And while most people get excited about finding an expensive item, Agony is most happy when she gets the opportunity to help out all of her friends. Our ls would not be the same without her. Thank-you Agony!!!

I have to give a shoutout to my linkshell The Wanderers, theyve helped me through all of my major victories so far, most notably:

Emerlin - Helped me with Sam quest, went wrong so many times but he made me finish it ^^.

Raen - Good RL friend of mine who introduced me to the LS and has helped me numerous times.

Glivan - Recently helped with ninja quest.

Maggette - Best whm ever, helped with my RSE recently.

Teclo - If anyone is worthy of the rdm pimp hat, its him.

Bsummit - Lets me tag along on NM hunting.

Don't think i forgot anyone, if I did you can blame that on how I spent my high school years. Also a big thank you to Nyangiras for escorting and ultimately raising me on my trip to norg to finish ninja quest.

Best I met:

Lungmaster: A nice Galka. Helped me many times with coffer keys and LB items, although we never got a drop.:)

Amibrois: A kind person, helped me twice with LB items.

Kaylia: Helped me to get the mold in CN for a whole night, and she always answered my questions.

Worst players:

Ryanracer: The worst RDM I'v ever seen. He likes talking sxxt, and never gives refreshes to mages if they don't ask for it. The funnest thing was, he kept /tell me to sing ballad2 when I was only lv53. Orz. .....etc....

Sujo: A stupid and impolite guy, I noticed that 4 or 5 months ago. Now, he still isn't getting better, although his lv is much higher than before.

Best players: oooh, this is a toughie, i've met some great people in my day... but here's a few

Venkman > only partied with him once, but he taught me tons of stuff, he was ldr of my very first PT ever

Rarab > my bro irl, and an awesome drg or pld, whatever job he's played when i've partied with him, he's played it incredibly well

Me > maybe a little vain, but come on, who of us doesn't think we rock?

my LS, SamuraiPizzaCats > we're working together a lot lately now that most people are approaching Genkai's and AF quests, it's nice to see :D

Xiouxiou > fiancee in game, i love that sexy purple haired mithra, especially in that Cmt. Cst. Hat... so hot :D

and now for the bad:

Ryanracers! > i've been avoiding him like the plague, after hearing stories from my LS, but tonight, i took a chance, and stayed in a party he was in....

it was a 2 RDM party (him and myself) and he was main healer.
at one point, he got Silenced, and was in extremely critical condition... and didn't even tell us so i could pick up his healing duties, untill we told him to get HP back

Also, when we agreed a battle would be the final battle, he immediately Chainspelled Blizzard IIs when the pull came in... he took mad hate, and as hard as everyone tried to pull it off, he died... then tried to demand we keep fighting to get his EXP back...

Tiarathica > former fiancee in game, now permanent member of my /blist... spread very malicious rumors about my brother, that had absolutely no grounds, and for no reason whatsoever...

and that's about it... if you rocked, sorry i missed you

im not sure what is worse, the fact that i wasnt mentioned as one of the best players :) or the fact that i havent heard of most of the players mentioned good and bad.. /sigh oh well :)

Hmmm... as far as best vs. worst players i've seen goes, I'm not as concerned with people messing up occasionally doing their job, but more so, with the people who treat others with disrespect. Especially in a party.

-Cannibal - A great thief indeed, too bad our RDM was drunk when we finally partied... LOL poor girl.. "Oh god... im stuck in some house in jeuno.... can someone come get me?"
-Lyeena - A rival ninja of mine, but he's very good indeed.
-Cheetara - Favorite BLM, and a good friend... although, he is moody =P (Wouldn't Warp2 on Hodge for laughs... *cry*)
-Imaginaryfriend - Favorite Monk, and only person i can't keep hate off of... lol
-Avele, Shadowlight, Nephrenia, Hodge, Astasia - Favorite RDMs
-Hiten - An awesome Dragoon and good friend of mine... mess with him, and ill come for you in your sleep ^^
-Starless - A dragoon that taught me how to blink tank in my "newbie" stages. Works great with ninjas. Still loving the macros. "Have no fear, the Starless Knight is here!"
-Madisonlee - He's a great summoner, lol but got mad when I made fun of him infront of Hokuten and CKD members.... oh well... (Still love ya Madi, ya crab!)

Catalena is a good player, however he/she did steal an AF coffer i spotted from our SAM.... who had died about 3 times so far looking for it for AF... I did then party with Catalena after and he/she was very polite, so i hold no grudge anymore. If
you're looking for a good RDM invite her... lol just not if Makura is in your party.

Now, when it comes to all the worst players... i know we ALL agree, these Chinese NM campers are among the worst. Leeching off good party setups... Thieves that can't sata... Paladins that can't hold hate, the horror...

Just a warning, Dsado, Skylim, Manday = Instant Death to your party. Azsx = Instant death to the entire zone.

Rannegist, Patter, Kilik - Alright, well im partying with them, Thf, Whm, Drg (in that order) in Boyhada tree. Well, each time, the Drg vokes, and i wait on Rann to sata. Needless to say he messed up almost every time... and after 2 vokes from another player, its not exactly easy to get hate. Well, all 3 share a LS, and decide it's my fault... i DC, rush back in under a minute, and they have a PLD on the way... first party that ever did that to me... and last.

Ryanracers - I NEVER wanna see a party member warp himself out of the party cause he leveled and has no use for us, without warning, and during a pull again...

OK one more little story. I'm in a party with Skadi and Blinks... well, i guess our JP rng pulled a few mobs... and blinks dies. Needless to say, figures its all Skadi's fault... for not spamming cure on him or something in the 5 seconds it took to flatten the taru. Later on, I'm again partying with skadi. Blinks appears, and threatens our party with trains. I let him know he wont get Skadi this way, I may be a ninja but a Paladin at heart, and will take the blow for the party, 2 hour ready or not. A little bit later, i get a /tell asking for a raise from my WHM. We arrive, and surprisingly blinks is in that party. I was just about to walk away and ignore them, when i noticed Kitsuikiyasu was in the party... well, needless to say after he is raised, blinks threatens more trains because i had to think about raising him... instead of being thankful toward my WHM... who woulda raised him anyway. I can't remember who my WHM was, if you do blinks remind me, but a really nice person...

Anyway, i didn't mean to make anyone mad if i had a negative comment about them, just gossiping i guess. Send me a /tell some time on the game just to say hi! (Or even to ask for help, if im bored i'll do it free usually)

My friend and I were camping Quu Domi and actually got the spawn and the fuma the other night. The fact that all those gil-selling bastards were there makes me want to camp Mee and Quu every night just so they don't get it.

We missed Mee to them, of course. We were going to stay for the next Quu spawn, but I got so pissed off about those god damn gil-sellers that I just didn't even want to play anymore.

(Btw, the Fuma was the second NM drop I've ever gotten, so I'm not much of an NM camper. The first was Martial Slacks. That's it.)

Also, Kerororo and Kurororo were there... and later on they were killing Amemet in a gil sellers party in Kuftal. My friend was waiting for them to die (they almost did) so he could steal Amemet... unfortunately they lived.

It makes me really f*cking sick.

And of course, there are the Delkfutt's drgs... Angelking and Jiangjiang and all the rest whose names I can't remember right now.

Ugh. I'm all pissed off all over again.

I really had no intention of posting on this thread until now. If you ever see a hume blackmage named Nuch, run for the hills. This guy is an egomaniac and gimped blm.

Here's the story. After a long time of seeking and no invites, I finally got invited to a party with no white mage. After much planning, I became main healer (im a blm with a whm sub) with pally helping me if anyone gets in trouble. It worked very well too! 2 hours later, some of the pty leaves.

This time, we got a white mage and did even better! Then our DRK had to leave ;_;, so we found a black mage replacement. He didn't last long, but ironically we found another.

After 3 battles, he starts saying snide comments to me like "gee tilo, you going to start using that mp?". He does it right when battle starts so I can't really respond, but then I really get mad by something he says and shoot back "WTF are you talking about, I've been doing the best I can and no complaints yet. There is more to blm than just nuking."

I then point out that I was using Bio II -> Blind -> Frost -> Rasp -> Drown -> and then Fire 2 and Aero 2. Then I rest for a few seconds to regain some mp and lose a bit of hate. He tells me how useless those "elemental dia" spells are and that I'm not casting enough nuke spells. He then starts making more nasty comments and I retort back. I get to the point where I can take no more of this prick telling me how to do my job and disband. I thank the leader in /tell for the party and tell him I am not going to listen to mr douchy baggery anymore.

2 minutes later, 3 of the members message me saying they told the guy off and ended up disbanding themselves. Then I start talking to my LS and people I know through-out cn and vent, and was very surprized by the majority agreeing with me that this guy is an @ss and a punk.

I dunno, I guess I am still venting. Very annoyed right now, but that's ok! I can get over it lol.

Elanis - Ranger... Did BCNM 40 with her, she rocks
Quilyn - Bard ... he knows how to do his thing at the right time

Garai - Paladin.. Best friend on FFXI. My mentor from level 1, 3rd person to join his LS. Now we're the same level and still close.

Krotine - Dragoon... Been there for me always, also great friend.
Warful - Dark Knight... Always has been there, leader of my other LS BloodKnights.
Chasen - Best White Mage I know, this guy would do anything for anyone no matter what. I owe him a lot.

Hmmm... The majority of the people in my LS are awesome (Burrrn). I'll name those that come to mind and provide a little description.

- Azrith: My personal DD, great great Samurai and my best friend on the game. Always has top of the line gear, or near it. Good good man.

- Clarita: My personal healer, amazing White Mage. Tarutaru Power! She's top notch.

- Judai: You want a Black Mage, get him. His nukes devastate mobs, and he enjoys every second of it. He knows his sh*t.

- Mizuko: In game fiance, this girl is awesome. She recently switched from war/nin to nin/war. She's a solid tank and holds hate well. I "<3" her.

- Bigdawg: Solid Bard, knows his stuff. You want to do a BCNM 40, he's your man.

- Yevna: Red Mage excellence. She's good people.

- Averyth: A man amongst men. Great Paladin! I'd have him as my tank anyday.

- Tailsbe: Ranger goodness. Hits hard and often.

- Health: White Mage, Black Mage, Summoner...he does it all.

- Anela: One of my favorite kitties. She has a great in game philosophy, always top of the line gear for her level. She's also an excellent Paladin.

Well, I'm at work, so my time is cut short... I know for a fact there are more to add, just can't do it right now.
