So... got bored with WoW after hopping servers to play with my boyfriend and his real life buddies, then they all quit (most of them for Rift). Played the 30 "free" days of Rift and wasn't impressed. Been beta testing Wakfu on the NA server, but that's been painfully empty and slow soooooo... decided to hop back to Vana'diel after a loooong hiatus.
Glad to see the changes in the game. I have no idea wth to do for exp now though. XD At least my subjobs are (slowly) getting levelled thanks to Fov's!
I saw we merged with Unicorn this week. That's about all I have to say on that. XD
Just wanted to say hi, and was wondering if anyone could give me a quick FAQ on where/how I get exp parties now to level up past 75 (I'm 2/3 of the way to 77 just from screwing around on my own).
I've actually been back about a week or two now, just decided to poke in here to say hi since I see there's still some familiar faces around.

Check out all the Abyssea expansions if you haven't yet. You'll cap out in no time at all there, especially with Dominion Ops and such. You can always hear shouts for xp parties in Port Jeuno now-a-days.

There are two "returning" type stickies on the main page to look at.
Leveling post 75 is mainly Abyssea but they new monster placement might change that. Maybe... Some...

There are two way to level in Abyssea. Get in a big alliance and sit back and relax. :P Or do Dominion in the Hero's areas. I generally do Dominion with two other people and can pull in alliance type exp numbers on good days. (keep in mind that's average alliance and not a well functioning one :P) Most times one of us is leeching a low level job so its more a duo. You really want a melee/tank at 90 to do it that way tho.
Don't forget to find the Artisan Moodge and get a Mog sack (and a free instant warp scroll once a day:P). Also have you heard about the Porter Moogle? Lots of armor AF, Relic AF3 etc can now be stored and not in complete sets.
If you aren't sure about Abyssea or short on spending cash (who isn't these days...) At least get one and get started on stone accumulation.
There is a ton more info, (I am still trying to figure it all out...) but that should at least get you started.

Etain welcome back, like everyone has said so far it will not take you very long to get caught up as far as level goes. Also with the merge happening there is more shouts going on about all types of events and NM camping.
