Bored and looking for a place to kill time.Follow

Well, here's the lowdown... I just recently renewed my FFXI membership after letting it almost wither away to nothingness. I'm just looking for a linkshell to hang out in and BS, and probably not much else. Here's my credentials, if it matters:

- Mostly DDs at 75 (MNK, WAR, SAM, BLM) but I have been known to enjoy my other 75s and leveling random jobs when I feel like it.
- I work Saturday-Wednesday, 12pm-9pm PST. I tend to get up late which kind of nixes the early day playtime, and I usually work out when I get home, so I'm typically not available until after 11:30pm PST. My weekends are usually pretty well accounted for as well (housework, girlfriend, family).
- I'm kind of a smart-ass and I will probably (read: definitely) offend someone somewhere down the line if they've got even the smallest of toothpicks up their keister. That being said, if you run a laid-back linkshell, you can harness my powers of sarcasm and mockery... Just ask anyone who knows me :P
- Don't care if you have a point or attendance system, because I won't be asking for any drops that won't be headed toward the floor anyway. HOWEVER -- if you REQUIRE attendance at any events during my online time, forget it. After 6 years of playing this game, sometimes I just don't feel like rushing to do crap and it's nothing personal.
- Don't ask me to lead anything. I'm not incapable of it -- just unwilling in all but the most extreme of cases. I will take charge if slack needs to be picked up though.
- Goals left in the game: get MNK to 99... and that's about it. Will probably never log in again if I get accepted into a certain beta, and I am planning on subscribing to said beta's finished product when the time comes.
- You're probably asking, why would you want somebody with such low playtime and potential downsides? Well, I'm entertaining at least, and helpful to those who need it and deserve it (i.e. nice people who don't just leech). I will find some way to contribute and make it worth your while.
