yes you have to pay to do a world transfer. I have to pay $25 CAN to transfer.

BTW Fairy seems to be a dead server...I would think twice and do some more research if your looking for a server to lvl up on. Fairy is full of end game players and campers. I just reactivacted my account after couple years and the /sea all doesnt look good anymore :( 900-1300. I cant ever find pt's to lvl up and help for missions, quests, subs etc. comes very rare. Personally I think they should merge Fairy.
