Help with Server Selection in Caracter Creator please!Follow

Hello everyone, im currently trying to place a new caracter in Diabolos but for some reason Diabolos does not appear in the list of options of applicable servers in the Server Selection... :/
I dont know why but the Caracter Creator's server selector only shows the same 8 servers over and over again no matter how many times i hit back...
Please help i really wanna play in Diabolos and i cant use the Gold World Pass either because i already canceled a Content ID with this acount :S

Any suggestion or help is valuable,

All of the servers involved in the upcoming server merge are currently locked. You will not be able to create any new characters on them until after the merge is completed sometime in May.

After the merge Diabolos will no longer exist and all of it's inhabitants will have been moved to Siren.
